Hi everyone,

My name is Lynn and I'm a multiple cat owner. I have 5 cats of my own and 4 outdoor strays I care for. I know quite a handful. Eventually I hope to post pictures of my cats. I live in the South in beautiful mountain area. Its very beautiful where I live. I love artwork, reading and walking.

Rascal is 11 years old a big 15 lb cat he is grey and white, Stripey is like her name striped tabby
. Tabby is a beautiful orange black and white tabby cat has beautiful greenish blue eyes, Tiny is a small petite cat very beautiful striped Tabby cat, her son Sparky is mostly white with some grey stripes on him. He's quite a large cat compared to his Mom. That's my indoor cats.

The outdoor cats are Fluffy a beautiful Maine Coon grey mixed cat, she is very large and is just a kitten, Princes is a beautiful tortoiseshell colored cat has beautiful markings, Patches is black with orange and white patches scatterd over her mostly black body, Greyboy is a Silver grey color, very pretty with the silver markings.

I need to build a cat condo for the outdoor cats. They have special insulated house to keep warm. Some of them are ferral to everyone but me and my husband.

I can always tame a stray cat easily. I think they sense who likes them.

I look forward to getting to know everyone.

Hello and welcome! I too am a newbie here. I think it is great you take care of the outside kitties!!!
I too used to have a lot of outside cats in the old neighborhood(dont worry I left them in good hands) before i moved.You cant help but to try and get to know these magnificent animals ferel or not.well I look foward to any pictures you can post, I have only one kittie ChiChi whom I have had since i was 8, I hope to post her picture very soon.

Welcome to TCS, Lynn! Thank you for caring for so many wonderful cats! your experience with the outside cats is going to be very helpful for some of our new members who've just adopted new cats!!
Virginia sounds like such a beautiful state - my husband recently received his Visit Virgina packet from the VA state Chamber of Commerce. I look forward to seeing kitty pics!

welcome to the forum.
I believe what you say is true, cats do sense you likes them and who treats them with love.
You are a great example of that.

I have 3 cats. Maggie is a blue point hymalayan. She'll turn 4 this december (I think she's bipolar), Starro is a rescue from a local shelter. He's mostly gray w/ a few large white spots. He's 8 i think. And Mary. Poor kitty. She and Starro are outdoor cats and she's 15! She's a persian mix. She's gray with a yellow spot between her eyes. She became my cat when my sister moved out about 9years ago. I'm new to. Hope 2 hear from u!
