Oh indeed I would love it.

I love beef liver and chicken livers. They are so good for you too!

We actually have this one little restaurant in Toronto that is famous for its liver and onions. They get a write-up in the Toronto Star every couple of years. I took my husband there one night so he could enjoy it as well. It's this really small corner restaurant that consists of a counter with only stools to sit on (probably only seats 15 maximum) and the cooking is done about 2-3 feet from where you sit.

Best liver and onions in the city.

When I was a kid growing up on the farm, we ate a lot of strange things. Beef heart and tongue were a couple of the things we ate.

It's weird because I can make really great liver and onions, I used to make it all the time for my first hubby, but I never liked it, just like the smell of it

Well, if you want to come Sunday, *I've got a date tonight*, I'm having a pork roast, sauerkraut, mashed taters and gravy, corn and homemade biscuits. I have stuff for a salad, so I think I'll make one of those too. Anyone besides Karen want to come?
