Hello,

I am new here. My name is Crystal and I am from Ontario. I own three Rottweilers,8, 4 (in November) and 18 months. I also own a cat named Vader- although I wanted to name him Vampire because he looks like one. We got him out of a rescue here in Ontario. I have only ever owned black cats as an adult. I love black cats and think that I'll always have one. I lost my first companion kitty just -well oh my gosh- 4 years ago now. No other kitty could ever replace him. He was special and I miss him dearly every day. he taught my middle rott'n one a lesson or two LOL. He had character and was 14 years old when he went to wait for me at the Rainbow Bridge. His name was Bear- Great I am tearing up just thinking of him. He was the first cat my kids 5, and 6 ever knew. They still remember him too. I moved out of my parents house and he came with me lol. I got him when I was 7 so he grew up with me. Then we got Bear Jr. - who used to wake me up every morning with constant kisses on the nose. He would come up onto my chest, ever so carefully lay his paws underneath his body, purr for a few seconds as he didn't always have the energy to do so, rest and then start kissing my nose. I miss him dearly and did he ever teach me a lesson or two, he was the kindest kitty I ever knew, he now too, at the tender age of 3 waits for me with Bear Jr., at the Rainbow Bridge. My son and daughter cried their hearts out for this cat. They fed him and cared for him so amazingly well it would have put so many others to shame. We also had a fish - who lived to be 13 months old just pass away this last week as well.- I bet Bear Sr. and Jr are having fun teasing him at the bridge LOL. Anyhow, I guess my intro got kind of long-sorry
