What is your favorite pepper sauce/hot sauce? I've tried very few over the years and always go back to Tabasco. Years ago when hot sauces weren't that popular in Canada, that was about the only choice and to me it's still the best. Another one I really like is a Chinese chili bean paste. It packs a punch and is really salty. Other ones seem to make a point about just being hotter rather than having more flavor. I'd like to know what other ones are considered good though.

I don't like foods to hot

There is "Gail's Salsa" (my homemade stuff which is just right)

Otherwise I buy Ground Chipotle from www.penzeys.com. They are the BEST for Herbs and Spices!!!

I remember making a pasta sauce with some fresh habanero in it once - I was young and naive.

I love hot sauces - there is not a great selection here, but there is a nice one by Santa Maria "Extra hot pepper sauce" that I like to use alot. It has a nice flavour along with it's kick

Has anyone ever tried this stuff???... It sounds insane!

I like this stuff called Bulliards Lousiana Supreme Hot Sauce. They make an awesome awesome awesome buffalo chicken wing sauce, too. The best part is that you can get this stuff at Walmart for like $1.50. I've eaten lots of hot sauce and hot wing sauce and I LOVE this stuff.
