Mine started to open her eyes at 14 days, they were fully open at day 16 roughly,if they have not began to open id place a quick call to the vet-I am far from expert but if say if they are still firmly closed and show no sigs of starting to open a vet call is needed

Let me know how you get on

Don't force the eyes whatever you do as that can cause permanent damage

14 days is getting on for eyes not opening. As pepsi said, a visit to the vet is a good idea. As she becomes a bit more mobile, it is important that she is able to develop her sense of sight to begin to understand the world around her.

Absolutely have to agree....when my kittens had trouble opening their eyes...I took them to a vet and it was determined that 2 of them needed eye ointment.
