Addicted to soaps???

I'm somewhat new so maybe you all have already done this, but is anyone addicted to soaps? I'm 30, and I have been watching General Hospital since I was in the womb! I tape it every day, and God forbid the power should go out and the taping program gets messed up! Also, if anyone watches Dancing with the Stars, who are you voting for? Of course I am voting for Kelly Monico and Alec, she's on General Hospital!! The Dancing with the Stars show makes me want to learn how!!!

I used to be addicted to Days of Our Lives, but I finally overcame it. I had to... I wasn't getting any work done.

I'm still addicted to Days... I've been watching it since before I could remember.. my grandmother and sister used to watch it when I was a baby and I just naturally fell into it... who else thinks that the baby Belle is carrying is actually Shawn's?? LoL It has to be... Phillip wasnt even home when she conceived...

I've been wandering in and out of my addiction to soaps for about 10 years. I usually watch it religiously for about 6 months, and then get fed up and stop.


For me it started with One Life to Live, I eventually started watching General Hospital (I had a classmate on it at one point, that was creepy
) and All My Children too, but 3 hours a day was too much!

I hate soaps, I used to watch the years ago, you could miss a years worth and never miss a thing, everyone has been married to everyone, they all look like they just stepped out of the day spa makeup and all right out of bed
there just to phoney for me

Okay, when I read the title and the first sentence I was thinking 'soaps' that you wash with. Which wouldnt be a bad thing, I couldnt imagine you stinking.


Anyways, I used to be addicted to 'Days' and 'Passions'. I even set up my school schedule one semester around the times they came on. That is sad huh? I dont watch them anymore though.
