Blue cheese!!!!!!

Can't say I care for blue cheese...too many unidentified green/blue chunks... :LOL: but give me a good old thick fattening Ranch anyday!!!

I love different lettuces and cabbage like iceberg, red carrage etc with grated carrots and avacardo, spring onions peppers (capsicum) but red and yellow are my fav. Beetroot mmmmmm I lurve beetroot. If I make salad at home I made a home made vinegarette that is just yummmmm if I am out side I have sqeezed fresh lemon only

How come everyone likes Ranch dressing? YUCK! I like olive oil dressing, caesar, or italian.

I don't care for Ranch or mayonnaise-type dressings. I like something a little tangy. The only creamy dressing I like is parmesan peppercorn, because the pepper adds a bite to it. Oh, and caesar, if that counts for creamy. I think of it as garlicky.

Actually, I don't like mayonnaise on much of anything, just sometimes on turkey or chicken if the sandwich is dry. I'm a Miracle Whip person, because that's what I grew up with. I have a theory that a person likes either Miracle Whip or mayonnaise, but not both. M.W. folks think mayonnaise is too eggy, mayonnaise people think M.W. is too sweet, though to me it's got a pickle-y quality.

And I hate it when you ask for light mayo on a sandwich and they use diet mayo but glob it on. I'm not concerned about calories so much as I am about blandness.

I have also found out that if you ask for mustard instead of mayo, they tend to glob on the mustard. That's pretty gross too.

how do you make your vinagrette?

Globbed on mayo is disgusting I remember one time I went to Wendy's & they globbed it on the hamburger so much, I gagged

YIKES...let's see, what else do I put on a salad...LARD is always good...now if you want the taste of bacon...just cook up bacon and use the LARD off that! Yeah...Yummmy haha! That way you can have the taste of bacon as well as the creamy sauce! See, just cut out middle man! hahahaha!

I think I'd rather have the bacon than the lard...that sounds awful! :LOL:

Well, how's this...Butter with cheese on it...oh, and if you want, mix that with some motor oil and STP! Make sure to use 40 weight! It'll give you that extra get up and go :laughing2 :laughing2 :LOL::LOL:

My mom-in-law has a new sandwich that she really enjoys - Peanut Butter with Butter! How gross! She says the butter makes the peanut butter less sticky so you can eat it more easily. I can't even imagine! How do people think of this stuff!

I made an amazing salad on saturday night.

I grilled chicken and portabello mushrooms on the GFG and then put it on mixed greens with red onion and topped with a balsamic vinagrette


It was soooo good. I'm going to have another one tonight.
