dog and cat pee problem!!!

HI Group, just need help in a spray that gets rid of cat and dog pee. Some one told me how to use stuff from home that works great. But I lost that tread. Is there also a spray that stops cats and dogs from peeing in areas you don't want them too? My dogs refuse to be completely potty trained. So every once in a while I get them peeing on my carpet. And so my cats think they have to cover it up with their own pee. Grrrrrrrrrrrrr The cats are also peeing in my dogs sleeping bed. Or it could be the dogs doing so to keep the cats out of it. Don't know haven't seen the one that is doing it. I just had my boys fixed (the cats) and they are about 17 1/2 weeks old. (had to wait for them to get rid of their diarrhea first) Will they stop peeing in these spots now because of being fixed? I know it wasn't spray, because there is a harsher smell to spray then to pee. Let me know what you all think, thanks for your help.

How did you find this product? Do you just spray it on and leave it? Will my animals leave the pee area alone after I spray it with this stuff?

Is Nok-Out not around anymore? I was going to suggest that but come to think of it I haven't seen or heard of it in awhile and a few months ago a pet store out here had it on clearance.
