I've been getting the ASPCA daily email updates and apparently there are at least two film crews following the folks around - one with National Geographic and the other with PBS.
The deacon at our church mentioned in casual conversation that her daughter was in NO with a pet rescue team. Her name is Julie and they're pretty much just camping out wherever they can and trying to get their hands on as many critters as they can. I was not able to learn which group she was working with.
