I was thinking about trying a work out video at home to get some aerobic exercise. Do any of you have any recommendations for one that does not require the user to have ANY coordination? I mean, one that is good for people who regularly walk into walls and counters and such. I'm pretty pathetic, and I know I won't be able to do a video made for people who can acutally coordinate their arm movements with their leg movements. Tough one, huh?

I love Billy Blanks' Tae Bo videos. They have a lot of repetitive motion in them, so you don't have to be supper coordinated

I love Tony Littles videos, they are just for toning,(ab crunches, leg lifts, etc) and he really gets me motivated. I have the Tae Bo videos also, but my favorite one of all is called, "Jane Fondas Lower Body Solution" which can be done with or without a step bench. It is an older one of hers, but it is great, and it is one I can do without absolutely dying, and it is very motivating. I use it everytime I go on a diet. Hope this helps. I have about 15 different exercise videos, but these are my favorites. Denise Austin and Kathy Smith are good too.
I usually do an aerobic video, then do a half hour of a toning video. The buns of steel and abs of steel videos are good too, for toning, but my favorite for toning is Tony Little's (they are called Target Training, and theres one for each section of the body, abs, hips & thighs, etc)
