Ok so normally, I love my job. I'm an administrative assistant at a body shop within a car dealership. On a daily basis I deal with a ton of customers, on the phone and in person. We deal with insurance companies daily and today I get this lady in here who is not happy with the work done on her vehicle, and her insurance company (whom I will not mention!) messed up on some information that did not get back to us. So she goes on to YELL at me and my co-worker, who needless to say, have no responisbility on working on the cars, paperwork only!! So she tells me all of her problems with her car and how she hates my manager (who is gone today for classes). THEN, (here's the good part) she goes on to tell me that the smell in her car (from the ROTTON MILK she left under her seat that we cleaned out for her, that was molding under there, it was gross) is causing her health problems and that her life is so limited that she can't even possibly THINK about driving her car. And that we are LYING about the milk being there (seriously why would we lie about that?)
So now its MY problem that she can't drive it cuz of her health issues...you know some people are so rude!!
I just want to cry...thanks for listening, whoever read this anyways, I just needed to vent for a second, cuz Im still at work and needed someone to listen!!
