Now I need vibes for Eponine!

First Cosette, now Eponine.

This morning, she squatted down right in front of me, looked me straight in the eye, and peed on a towel that we keep by the aquarium! She didn't spray, she peed (she's acting fine otherwise). I read up on what to do here on TCS (thank God for TCS!) and am taking MA's advice- Eppie has an appt. at the vet this afternoon at 4pm to check for a UTI.

If you have any vibes to spare, could you please send some to Eppie? I hope my princess is OK!

Chris, lol, that'd definitely be a first- a cat jealous of a fish!

I know it's not a litterbox issue b/c her litterbox is recently cleaned and the litter is fresh. I think it's a UTI b/c she looked right at me as she did it- as if she were sending me a message to help her

. I do not believe I've ever had a cat with a UTI- are they easily treated?

Usually easily treatable with an antibiotic. The vet might look for blockage or crystals though they are more common in male cats. But they can be passed around - when Ellie got one I treated all the cats in case.
