Ok so now that I have decorated my apartment for fall, I have found the cutest candy dishes, and I have got some cute holiday candy to put in them but now Harley thinks he can take out the candy and play with it, no, not eat it, but play with it, chasing it around the room when he pats at it. How do I keep him from getting into it, and ultimately eating it and getting sick?
Does anyone else have candy dishes sitting out?

I would say the same as Stephanie, because i used to have a bowl with sweets in but it became a great game for Sophie who used to paw them out one by one and watch them drop to the floor until the bowl was empty!

Harley will empty the bowl and then come to me and just look at me, like he knows he's done something wrong, but he's just waiting for me to put them back in so he can finish with his game, silly kitten!!!

I'll probly just have to keep them out of reach, back to child proofing the apartment!! haha

I bought a cute halloween dish to put out with candy corn in it for when I decorate my apartment for Halloween... I was planning on putting it on the kitchen table since Ollie knows it's off limits (He knows he's only allowed on in when I have a bin full of hermit crabs on it - then he's allowed up to keep an eye on them while mommy cleans the tank)... I figured I'd see if he stayed away or not.... my dog at home however likes to get into the M&M bowl! It's cute, but chocolate is bad for her (she's never like eaten the whole bowl or anything).... occasionally she'll get one M&M as a treat!
