Do they serve beer/alcohol at your Burger King, McDonalds, etc?

I am pretty sure alcohol is not served in N.America's fast food outlets but beer is served at Germany's Burger King, which I never realised before. So I was wondering is this serving of alcohol limited to BK in Germany?

There was a bit in Pulp Fiction where Vincent says how you can buy a beer in MacDonalds in Amsterdam - though I've never been so can't confirm!

I don't think so... But in the mall's "food courts" or fastfood areas one can get beer from stalls specifically selling it.

yes you can buy a bottle of beer at mc donalds but its very rare for people to do so because its a bit more expensive

No you can't buy alcohol in Macdonalds in the U.K

just as well u cant buy beer in maccydees.my daughter works there (part time) and she be wasted all day if they did

I've never heard of McDonalds or any other fast food place like that selling beer/alcohol! I'm sure it will be around here sometime!!

Exactly!!, I was shocked on the first trip I ever did to our neighbours to the South and found out that you could get beer at the corner store!, I thought "right on!!!"

No beer or any alcohol is sold in fast food restaurants here in Canada.

I never knew there was a fast food establishment such as McDonalds or Burger King that served alcoholic beverages. How interesting! I'm with you, Kelly!

and if liquor is sold, it has to be in a place attached to a hotel or other establishment...
and food must be served...
and you can't serve or buy on Sundays in certain places...
and the patio must have a fence 18 feet high....

Don't get me started on Canada's antiquated liquor practices.

That is one area the US and Europe are suitably progressive!

They don't serve it here, but it sure would make Jerry happy!

In 2002 on my European trip a few of us ran into Mcdonalds to use the bathroom (this was in Versailles France) and YES BEER WAS ON THE MENU!!! So of course I bought one and I have a picture taken with that.
What blew me was the bathrooms that were unisex!!!

Oh, surely it wouldn't be a Miller Lite . I had to share this with Sunny and he e-mailed me back that he didn't think he would want a Hefeweisen with his Chicken McNuggets
