Hello

I have been posting on the boards but just now realized I should stop in and introduce myself. Im a SAHM to five kids, 3 of whom I homeschool. We have a 9 month old Beagle, Daisy and are about to adopt a 6 week old kitten, no name yet. We are very excited to have this kitten join our family and have actually been able to "visit" her twice now since shes been born. The mommy cat is going in to be fixed when this kitten is 6 weeks (although I think babies would enjoy mom longer) and we will be taking the kitten then as per her mommies owners request. Our little kitten is already weening from mom and enjoying kitten food and has learned to begin using the litter box, which is VERY exciting to me. My daughters, ages 14, 9, 7 and 4 can not wait to have the kitten here. My son who will be 2 next month has NO Idea his world is about to change. They are all very good with animals though so hopefully it will be a smooth transition for us all.
I have really really enjoyed reading and posting on the boards and you all have been such a help to me. THANK YOU!!!

Captiva there are some days Im not so sure I am sane. lol My husband keeps looking at me and shaking his head saying "And now your adding a kitten (shaking his head)" lol
