I wish Yankee would start making soy candles, because those are the only types of candles I burn since I got Cupid, but it's hard to find them. I used to love Clean Cotton, Fresh Comfort, Splash of Rain, Summer Fresh, Midsummer's Night, Calla Lilly, Chardonnay...okay, I loved all of them.
(except the spicey ones)

If I worked in a store, I would have to turn my whole paycheck over to them every week! I don't know where I am worse, at Yankee Candle, or Bath and Body Works!

OOOOOHHHHHH!!!! Two of my favorite scents!! That's it - I'm going to a Yankee Candle store!!

By the way, one of my favorite perfumes is Patchouli from Crabtree & Evelyn. I think that's been discontinued too.

All of them. Anything fruity or spicy (clove). I love to go to the company flagship outlet store in Deerfield, MA and smell everything. They have all the scents! Everything! Last time I dropped 80 bucks! They have a seconds area and make your own candle, plus a cool Christmas area. They used to have a auto museum but not anymore. It was good I think for offloading the husband while the wife shops.
I think they have a home goods area there now.

My favorite scent is the standard French Vanilla. I also like Mulberry, although I'm not 100% sure that's what Yankee Candle calls it. I used to love to burn candles but now that I have cats, I hesitate to burn them.

But that's one of the great things about Yankee Candles - you don't have to burn them to get that fabulous scent!

OH, and they have little warming thingies for scented candles in the glass jars (like Yankee Candles) where it just warms the wax to release the scent.
They say it is safe around children and animals because it doesn't get hot enough to really burn. I've been thinking of getting one for a while now, and with this thread I think I'm going to have to bite the bullet and get one! :bightumb:

I didn't say I removed all candles and hid them in the closet!!
I have one in the livingroom and another in the bathroom. One of my co-workers had given me a wax tart you are to place in a warmer. It smells wonderful.

I currently have:

Sweet Strawberry
Fresh Cut Roses
Raspberry Cream
French Vanilla

I probably like them in that order, too. I can't believe that no one has said Sweet Strawberry yet (well, not that I saw, anyways). It's soooo nice!

They're all tarts. My melter thingy actually has a little tea light (candle) that heats it, but I can turn the opening toward the wall, so the cats don't get to it. They're not big on actually knocking things over, just sniffing.

Edit: The last tart I used was lilac or lavender... It was pretty good, too, but it was a bit strong for my old, small room. I really ought to start using my tart warmer again, but I just bought some new pumpkin pie spice candles, so my house smells yummy without it.
