i have this really pretty doll it kind of look like a country doll (well it did anyway) i thought i would wash it bad idea i open the washer and found noughting but a pile of lint and a headless doll
so i rewashed all the clothes something must of been hung up in a sleave or something cause now the dryer is all full of lint too
look at my doll its gone
i had this for two years it belonged to my dad and his wife so it was it was kind special to me im going to see if i can fix it but i sew very well

Aww no! What a shame. Lesson to all of us to handwash such things in future!

Awwwwww. Thats too bad.

I ruined my BF's favorite blanket about a month ago. It is acrilic plaid on one side. The other side WAS black velvet. The instructions said gentle cycle. I opened the washer and pulled out the red side. The black velvet disintegrated into black snowflakes!
