6 months since you crossed...

... and I miss you dearly, my sweet Charley. I tell myself that we did the right thing in releasing you from your pain, yet still I worry that I let you down by not being with you when you took your final breaths.

You are in my thoughts daily and even though the tears come less frequently, the hole in my heart will last until we meet again.

Alexa, the tribute to Charley was full of your emotion and the love you still feel for her.
God bless your heart and give you peace. As I have told some of the others, I wrote a story about my Max when I lost him in July. That helped me alot. Take comfort in thinking about the good life you gave your cat and try to think of all the good things.
Rest in peace sweet Charley. You were a beautiful cat.
