We found out our little ones were not totally de wormed and we took them to the vet to get good meds. I am wondering how long it will take to clear them up. We have been cleaning out the litter box every day so we dont have to see dead worms in the poo. Anyone know?

Ringworm or roundworm?
Ringworm is a fungal infection of the skin.

Sorry, cooking, hit reply, and didn't notice.
With my cats, all of them went through two rounds of worming for intestinal worms.

I don't know but I changed the whole litter the day they were wormed and haven't had any issues.

Roundworms generally need several treatments, the cat can reinfect himself through the litter pan usuage so cleaning it out once isn't really enough. It should be cleaned and scrubbed daily until you get the all clear from the vet that the worms are gone.
