I need to let out my sadness....

OKay ... here I go once more (and for the last time). My last 2 babies (except for Petals, she is staying with us) are leaving me!! My friend is on her way now to get them. She lives 2 hours away from me in Springfield, Mo.
She is a wonderful person. And as she put it (not me) she is just as a crazy cat lady as me.
She loves cats. She has bad luck with the past 2. She adopted them from a shelter and they both died.
She has cleaned everything in her apartment, thrown away everything that her cats before had and bought everything new for Spicey and Dot. She has also waited 8 weeks to bring them home. Just to be safe.

I am really sad b/c i will be moving to Louisiana soon and we will be so far apart.
She has promised tons of pics. And I am going to make her sign up here on TCS.

So help me say goodbye to my 2 BEAUTIFUL, LOVING, HEALTHY, PLAYFUL PRINCESSES'

Though ya'll can't read.... always feel my love no matter how far the road is between us. The 2 of you gave me the funniest 17 weeks! Full of love and laughter. Purrs and some scratches!! hehe

Oh they're gorgeous! But I'm sure you'll be updated with lots of pictures and emails letting you know how they are! Will you be able to visit them?

What a tough time for you. Spicey and Dot are so beautiful! You've forever impacted their lives just as they have permanently impacted yours.

Awww. I know it is hard and you are a sad, but what a great home they get to go to!

Awww, I know what you're going through. It's always hard to let them go, but just think about what wonderful home they're going to and how much joy they'll bring to their new person.

Ohhhhh, they just left!
They will have a 2 hour ride. I hope they will be okay for that.
I miss them so much already. And I couldnt help but just burst out in tears when she put them into the carrier.
I will be okay. Just cant wait for those first pics of them in their new home .... smiling at me.

My prayers are with your kitties that they will live long happy healthy lives. They're precious. I know you miss them, but it sounds like they will have a lovely new person to own.

My friend and her husband just sent me the most beautiful candle and candler holder!!
It has cats on it!!
they sent it through a flower delivery person.
So sweet.
She said she just wanted to thank me for the beautful kitties!! (AWWW)

Also she said they both already have eaten and are doing great. She said Dot is hiding though. (Dot is shy at the beginning) I told her she will be just fine.

Anyways.... she is going to send me pics of them tonight by email. I will post them here so all my TCS friends can see!!!

Oh, what a happy and sad time. I recently had to place 7 of our 8 kittens, and I know how it is.

Did you keep the mom? The kitten I kept seemed a little sad at first, but now he's really bonded to his mom.

Yes.. the mom is Lilo. She is my little princess.
Petals still seems a little sad but I think she will be ok.

Smudge is beautiful!! Petals couldn't have him/ her as a playmate huh??
