I need help, I feel controlled

Hi canopeners. Let me tell the truth about my life, I am controlled. Really. What´s going on here year after year. Hey, kittens, I am old enough to know, when it is bedtime.
But, it is a secret, don´t talk about, they control me, every evening, every day. For example, now! What am I doing wrong? I take a look at my pc and you know, what happens? You really want to know? You should be scared! They coming to take me away, aha. They are screaming, shouting, they are loud. And, do you know why? They want me control, go to bed, NOW. They are small, haired terrorists.
Since years and years, I try to ignore them - but, I am to adynamic.
Am I alone, does it happen to me only? Am I a slave of them and I don´t know? Yes, recently, I know.

I sincerely hope you're talking about your cats.

Only a cat could be THAT demanding!! haha

Of course. You're just now realizing this? In the morning when you have whiskers in your face saying "It's time to get up ... NOW!" and "Okay, time to make that can-opener whirr!" and later yet, "Play with me or I will weave in and out of your legs and grab your ankles until you trip!" And then of course; "Okay, you're sitting in front of a computer, you're a stationary object. I need a lap. Get over it."

@ RoseHawke, I´ve seen it, MaineCoon in you nick, I´v got one MC 6 month ago, he is 10 years. He is my tail in between. And, every day, a wonder happens. He wants to be carried on my arms and every time I tell him: Jerry, look, what a wonder, you can walk. Take a look, you have 4 foot to walk.

Yes - Lily comes to take us away too. She sits in front of the TV - right in front of the TV, so we can't watch it anymore. She just stares at us.....telepathing to us that it's bedtime.

If we wait too long she goes off in a huff and we find her snuggled up in our bed when we get there.

Absolutely! I'm not even supposed to be on the computer right now, but I've managed to appease the king with one arm...for now.

Elliot lies under my desk. If I move my feet and touch him, he will attack my toes. Aerowyn sits behind me on the top of the cat tree. Either that or Elliot sleeps on my shelf accross the room, and Aerowyn sleeps on the bed. They dont tell me to go to bed at all. In fact, they think I should be awake when they are to give them food and play with them. The kitties walk on the bed and want petting for about an hour after I lay down in bed.

OH MY GOSH.. I totally understand what it meant but then I read the next couple posts, and they were my sentiments exactly.. I couldn't stop laughing!! =)


Just goes to show how crazy in love we are w/ our cats, and how we put ourselves out there no matter what anyone thinks!!! 2 thumbs up!
