Hehehe. If you value your life, do NOT put a cat in that thing!!!
Don't bother buying baby things til you're already pregnant--you'll get everything your little heart desires as a gift at your shower! And I'm sure us TCSers will chip in for a group gift as well, right guys?

All my friends with babies totally rave about Baby Bjorn carriers, so I'd recommend one.

I would too..LOL cause like i said we answer for them. so i know how awesome their customer service is. They rock. and they will replace your carrier for just about anything bar if the dog chews on it, LOL they do have a recall but they are totally awesome about how that is handled as well.

mmmm... too many buckles etc.

Have you thought of getting/sewing a sling when the time comes?
No buckles and lasts from birth to 2/3 years old.
