They are so neat even as kittens, I can't wait to see their personality and what they're capable of as adults! =)

It took me a year to get all 16, everyday I would go and feed them in a busy shopping center parking lot, It's heart brakeing to see how many really need help. I had never done anything like it, and it can be very overwhelming when your Heart gets involved, Great Luck to you, see you on the forums

No it takes time for them to trust you enough to start trapping them, I rented humane traps, and my hubby built me a drop trap,Originally Posted by xomycatsxo
Ughh, I couldn't imagine seeing cats every day and not having the power to rescue them right then and there.
What did you do? How did you get them to your house?
I have a post going in the feral area.. maybe we could chat more there? =)
Thanks again.. and thank you for doing the wonderful work you do!

It took about 6 months before I started actually trapping and bringing them home, My hubby built me an out door enclouser, I brought them home in the traps 1 in each trap and it took about 2 weeks to get the first 11, then I got the last one this year, she wouldn't come around for awhile but I refused to give up on her, and when I did get her she had 5 little ones and was pregrant again, and I had to to the vet as soon as I could, it just takes patience and time.
you will need to keep them away from your family cats till you have them to the vet, I don't know what your plans are once you get them, if you are going to TNR or what. You will need traps and I imagne if you get ahold of the right people they can tell you where you can get them.
Hissy is a wealth of information as are many others on this forum.
