Propranolol

Has anyone been prescribed and taken these Beta-Blockers before?

My late husband was on it, for a heart condition. His only side effect was impotence but, switching to another beta-blocker took care of that.

What are you taking it for? Heart or migraines?

Um.. anxiety mainly, but I also suffer with migraines and slightly high bloodpressure

yes for high blood pressure..and i also have a skin condition to where i break out in red blotches whenever i have any kind of change of emotion like nervous, upset or scared....its due to my body producing too much adrenaline. Anyways took beta blockers...they tend to make me dizzy at times- but thats the only problem i had from it!~

I'm not sure what my mom and dad take-I'll find out for you though.

Yeah, I used to take propranolol for anxious situations. Like when I had to give a speech or something like that. It totally worked! I loved it.
