My parents and now me have always been self employed and have never found it worth it to pay for dental insurance. I think I might need a crown (or two, or four, or eight 
) in the near future due to fillings from my childhood coming out, and I have no idea what would be a good company to get coverage through and how much I would expect to pay to know whether or not it would truly be worth it to take out a policy.
If anyone can share any insight with me please post or PM me. I do know I would have to wait a while after my policy starts for them to pay for something like this.
