I'm getting my last wisdom tooth pulled tomorrow and I'm not looking forward to it
I had the other 3 out a couple years ago, but didn't get this one pulled bc it wasn't covered by my insurance. Well over the last 2 years it's gotten worse and worse and now it's breaking apart. And yesterday it got really bad.
This is totally going to ruin my Labor Day weekend. I wish I'd gotten it done when I had the other 3. Wish me luck that it won't hurt too much!!

I had 8 teeth pulled at once back in May... Im now a proud denture wearer!
You will be happier when it's out. No more of it crumbling or pain.
Just make sure the dentist gives you pain killers in case you have any pain later

Thanks! I'm not nervous yet. I won't be until I'm sitting in the waiting room. I'm like that for everything - tattoos, doctor's appointments, interviews. I'm hoping it won't be too bad, bc it's not too impacted and I did get through the other 3. I just know it won't be fun!

Dixie - I will def be getting the painkillers. I hate the loopy feeling I get from them, but at least no pain!!

Geez!, good luck with your wisdom tooth. I can't say I know what it feels like. Mine came in with no issues, but I've known alot of people that have had theirs removed. I will send good vibes to you for a speedy recovery

Oooh, good luck
. I had all 4 of mine out last summer, so I have a recent memory of what it'll be like for you. Are they putting you under completely?
In the days immediately following the surgery, drink Ensure. It's filling and you'll be able to get plenty of nutrients

Actually I'm doing this one under local, which is a little nerve-wracking. It's mostly out though, so hopefully it won't be too difficult. I ate baby fruit last time, yummmm. Hopefully the whole weekend won't be ruined.

Thanks everyone!
