...so can I give her meal sized portions of the treats? Its whiskas crunchy topping for wet food that she really goes for right now. I have Felix kitten pouch food and Science Plan Kitten dry food, amongst others ready for her, but she refuses most of these.

She is a stray who adopted us but she goes out now and again for a while, it could be she is getting food elsewhere but she is looking very thin, despite my offering the above plus yoghurt, goats milk,(which I bought for the babies in case she rejects them) and my own cats wet and dry food

No, she can't eat just treats (just like you can't eat just cookies and potato chips and be healthy!). Stop offering treats and just offer healthy, tasty cat food and she will eat it soon enough.

Has she been to the vet? If she is a stray, she could have picked up a lot of nasty illnesses out on her own. I would take her to the vet ASAP as the kittens could be at risk if she isn't eating properly.

Chupi...please do not let her outdoors anymore....the problem will be that she can go back into heat and become pregnant again...so best to keep her an indoors only cat until she has had her spay. I also agree that you should discontinue with the treats and see if she will adjust to eating canned or dry kitten food.
