Yesterday as I was stroking Tiara's belly, between her legs was flat and her sides was puffed up with babies...Today her sides are not puffed up, you can tell the babies are now in her belly..lol..and there is a baby between her legs, you can feel it move..Does this mean the babies are moving into the canal?
If so about how long do you all think she has. Sometimes she gets upset if I touch her belly..and also I seen her in her little box three times in an half hour, and she didn't goto the bathroom. I just can't wait to have my babies...

Thank you for the welcome and the link.
She will be spayed as soon as she can after this litter! I already have homes for all her babies! One staying with me..and it will be spay/neuter as soon as it is old enough.

Great...it does sound like things are progressing but I'm not a breeder or a vet so I don't want to give you inaccurate information or expectations. I would suggest that if you don't get any other responses tonight and if she doesn't have the babies tonight..that you contact your vet first thing tomorrow just to be on the safe side. If she seems distressed...hopefully there is a 24 hour vet clinic you could contact. Good luck.

*smile* Sounds like she is really getting close - do you have her nest all set up and has she taken to it? I am also anticipating a litter any minute now and am in just about the same place with my little girl, Lexus. The babies are really, really active (she was laying on my lap a little while ago and if I tapped ever so gently on her belly, someone in there tapped back *grin*) and have moved lower into her belly. She has been digging around in her nest and going into and then right back out of her litter box.

So, as you can see, both of our girls are behaving quite normally for queens getting ready to deliver their kittens. Hopefully, we will both have a smooth time of it - and sooner rather than later. I hate this part! I have been looking forward to meeting these little guys for a while now and am getting impatient! *smile*

Best of luck,

~gf~

I've made a nest for her, put her litter box, and food/water in my bedroom. It's the least traffic room, and over the air con. you can't hear much going on in the rest of the house..lol. She has taken a liking to our bed, and my husband's favorite blanket..hahaha..I hope she has them on it! She has been doing alot of keening today too..about five minutes ago she was really restless and kinda jumped/push herself off the bed to get some water. I can tell it will be another hardly sleepless night..It's funny how sometimes I can touch her, and other times she won't let me..Also she adores my husband, but the last couple of days she won't let him touch her AT ALL! He is whinning about it..
But it figures, since she wouldn't hardly let me touch her until about a week ago. She is very moodly, move today then ever! Will keep you all informed! BTW babies have been moving like mad also, moving so hard that she is jerking her tail most of the time.

My cat is acting pretty much the same way. There are times when she seems to want me to pet her but the later when I try she backs away from me. I am just trying to give her space right now. I too am in for a sleepless night. Dora keeps going from place to place and I have to keep checking in on her. Good luck on the kittens. Hopefully we will both have some good news to post soon.

Good night and good luck with Tiara. Although I have found that more happens when you don't watch them but it is so hard not to isn't it?

Hi I'm new here and am also enduring the agony of waiting, seeing signs only to still be watching her 24hours later. smokey (mum cat) seems to look slimmer for the last 2 days now and keeps wanting to go under the stairs (which is the last place I want her to have them) so I shut her in my room with me the other night she was not happy and didnt let me go near her for about 12 hours after which was rather upsetting as shes been like my shadow for the last week. When she had her last litter she waited until I got up in the morning (only for a p) and she pretty much had them straight away. Im hoping she waits for me again as Id like to be there so can make sure all is ok. Ive been watching the threads for the last few days and its quite comforting to know that there are others as anxious as me. Good luck to all of you.

After staring at Tiara all night
I've noticed that I can see the outline of the baby, she will lay on her back and let me rub her tummy, this little kitty which is about 4 inches long is...maybe about three four inches from her bottom. She has used the litter box ALOT today, and I can leave the bedroom door open and she just lays on the bed. She laid on me most of the night again, which is a pain in the butt, every half hour she was cleaning herself. She also looks very slim, has a little white crust(?) on her nipples, and she almost looks like she is hopping when she walks. Will update if I notice anything else!

I'm not too sure. She pushed out the screen two months ago and after looking 12 hours for her, we found her...a month later she ripped the screen to get out was gone the same amount of time. So she is either ready to POP, or has a month to go....we found her roaming with the same black male cat both times.
I just hope they don't all turn out black..I want one to look like her...

That is one determined cat. Do you happen to know if the male is owned?? If not....it would be good to treat him to a neuter so he doesn't create more accidental litters.

Awwww do you have a pic?
also my cat smokey you can see her in smokeys thread had 2 kitties last time. One female (gracie) who was same colourings as mum and One male(bandit) who was black with white chest same as dad. Unfortunately we lost gracie after 24 hours and it broke my heart I sat sobbing for hours. It would have been like having my smokey as a tiny baby again.

If you think you can see the kitten I'd say she is closer but you know that she could have been mated two different types so she might have two different sized kittens.

Yeah we know who owes the daddy. I told him I'm charging him kitty support! I know she isn't going to have many, I'm saying the tops maybe four. But then again I could be wrong.
