Need home in Milwaukee...Please Look

I work for the Cat Association in Milwaukee WI. I have been fostering the greatest cat named CJ for the past 9 months!

I have tried everyone I know, put up posters, taken her to pet stores etc..I can not find her a home.

She is a beautifil orange and white spayed 2-4 year old. She is missing half of her tail from frost bite!!!

The one and ONLY problem with CJ is that she doesn't like other cats...

She likes dogs and I have NEVER seen a more loving cat.. She never stops purring or kneading!!

I have tried everything, and can't keep her in my basement forever... Anyone in the area please ask your friends, family, neighbors etc., she needs to find a home!

It's been a tough year for cat adoptions all around. Honestly, with it being the middle of kitten season, it has been harder for cats to get adopted. The rescue group I volunteer with has had 2 adult cats adopted this whole summer. The rest have been kittens.

That is so sad... Their a too few people who will take pets that aren't babies!!!

Well...we do better in the Autumn/Winter months for our adults....but right now..there are soooooo many kittens. But to give you a success story..we had one cat Rose for many, many, many months....she had had kittens and her kittens had been adopted. She had been in a foster home, then adopted, then returned.....I was at the point where I thought I would have to foster her, but this girl came in and it was love at first sight. Sometimes the perfect home just takes a bit longer than what we would want.

Your not going to believe this. They gave her back last night!!!

They were misinformed about her from the person who adopted her out... Very sad...I am not happy with the orginaztion right now!!!

I am so very very sorry, awwwww poor sweet CJ, he just needs a home where he can be loved and spoilt...

i wish there was more that I could say but chin up & GOOD LUCK, the perfect home for CJ is out there somewhere.
