My neighbor's calico had 5 beautiful babies. They are living outside at the moment, because with my bobcats here, there is no way I can bring mom and babies inside. However, they are doing great and are strong and healthy. Mom and babies are strong, because she is also fed a food that was made for exotic cats (our bobcats) and is very high in nutrition. There are 5 kittens. 2 orange tabbies, 1 all white, 1 white with some black and 1 calico that looks like mom. They are almost 2 weeks old now. If there is anyone in Ohio or close by that would like one of these babies when they are ready, please let me know. I am willing to meet half way, as long as it isn't more than a 4 hour drive for me. I have my bobcats that need constant care
I do have a no kill shelter where they can go, but I was hoping to find homes for them. I have one picture, but I will try to get more. You can only see 2 here, but they are so cute.

Thanks for the info. I don't think any of those are close to me, but I will check them out. Oooops, the one in Cuyahoga falls is relatively close, so I will call them. The mom is my neighbors cat, but she can not afford to get her spayed. She said she is an "old cat" and didn't think she could have kittens. Well, this is her second litter in 4 months
So, hopefully she will let me take her cat in to get spayed. They are so adorbale, but I just don't want to see any more unwanted kittens born from her. I would LOVE to keep the white one, I have always wanted an all white cat, but we have 8 cats as it is and 3 of them are the bobcats. I think they will go quick at the shelter, I just hope nothing bad happens to them. I look after them every day, make sure mom is fed well and give her love, telling her what a good job she is doing taking care of her babies, especialy in this heavy rain.

They are cute. I can't have any more cats, though, cause I am only allowed one (per apartment rules) and I already have two.

Where is Susie, John?
She needs another kitty to go with her new baby
Seriously, you might wait until she gets back from vacation this weekend. It sounds as if her relatives are falling for her kitten. They just might want one
They are just adorable.

I hope I can place them. I know there is a shelter close by that will take them, but I hope they don't need to go there. I have been handling them, to make sure they get socialized, since they are outside. I was so worried during the remnants of Katrina. It was raining so heavy, that our drive and yard was a river. But the shelter I made held strong and mom and babies stayed nice and dry. Hmmm, I have my eyes on the white one

I love orange tabbies, but I will be evicted if I get more cats. I am only allowed one, and I got two as it is.

Where are you, John? I live on the West side of Cleveland, and we are looking for one new baby, but he has to be a boy. We are trying to get one from Parma Animal Shelter, but if that doesn't work, I will ask my husband about yours. I am sure the drive won't be too terrible if we meet halfway.

I will let you know either way...if it's a yes, could we come over and meet the little ones? I would love to see them, even if they are not ready yet.

Thanks,
Beth

Hello Beth, we live in Geauga county, so that would be no problem to meet. There are 2 orange tabbies, one all white and one calico. They will be 3 weeks old this coming weekend. These kittens are our neighbors, but I have been taking care of mom and the babies. They are really healthy and quite active. I do not know the sex yet, other than the calico who would be a female, unless it would be a rare male calico. I will let you know as soon as I know. Thanks

Hello John! I am sorry to tell you that we did end up adopting a small furbaby from Parma
. I did ask my husband beforehand, but he stated that he wanted to get a kitty from there...I can't blame him, it's a great organization. However, I will ask around my work, as there seems to be a few people who are looking for kitties right now. Of course, I will keep you posted. I'm sorry to let you down!

I hope this is OK. I did try!
Thanks,
Beth

Cogratulations on your adoption
You didn't let me down, so don't worry. I know if I can not find homes, when they go to the shelter, I am sure they will go fast. It is a no kill shelter in Geauga. I keep watching the white one, but I don't know. He/she is so cute however
