She is doing awesome
!!!!!!
Getting along with everyone....she is still a little unsure about the kids....but if they sit and call to her quietly ...she jumps in their lap

She does have a nasty bite on the back of her neck from a male at her old house....apparently she was being used as a breeder
<also a pet>
But she is being spayed....the lady reccomended i breed her and gave me the papers but i dont want to do this...
I just think thats better left to proffesionals....plus i was later told she lost 3 kittens out of her last litter....and had alot of trouble...
I am just so glad she is outta there....
Now she can just be a plain old lapsitter

i do have a question though....I wonder if she cares if I change her name...daffy reminds me of daffy duck LOL....she is a cameo cream persian with orange eyes....any name suggestions would be great

Loving my beautiful baby girl
How wonderful! Daffy is fitting in perfectly!
You're taking such wonderful care of your new little girl, Lorian. Good for you for your intentions to have her spayed, and shame on her previous so called caregivers for using her as breeding ground to the point where her health was endangered.

Now she will have a carefree life full of love, all thank to you!

I agree that "Daffy" somehow doesn't sound very complimentary. You are right, she has earned the right to a much more dignified name....I'm just drawing blanks at the moment...

Daffodil is such a pretty girl. The full name fits her, but she does need a new nickname. I'm drawing a blank, too, though! We'll have to think on this one a bit more. I'm happy she's adjusting so well to her new, loving home!

Lorian, I agree that a new name would suit her. The way you described her reminded me of cotton candy, so what about Candie? I'm so glad you are not breeding her!
