New girls

Hi my name is natalie, and i live in houston texas. Two days ago, i found a little cinnamon oriental lounging on my pation, and decided to feed her and keep her around. she is very loving and affectionate, and is just the cutest thing. I just wish i knew how old she was. she isn't bigger than about 16inches head to tail, and is very frail, and thin. So far i can't get her to eat anything but milk, and today we are trying catsip to see if she will accept that rather than the real thing. She won't eat food, but she seems perfectly healthy other wise. I am hoping to get her to the vet in the next couple of days so that i can get some help with her, and than she will be given to my mom.. my mom loves orientals.....

anywho.. i wish i could post a picture of her for you.. but i can't seem to....
maybe over the next few days

when i worked for a vet and had finicky kittens we'd mix warm kmr in with the wet food and sometimes they'd go for a meat flavored baby food

Is it just that she's very shy and you can't get a picture of her yet or trouble posting pics? If you're having trouble posting pics as Cindy said any one of us mentors wil be happy to help. Just drop us a message and we'll do what we can.

The Caring for Ferals and Strays forum is a really good one for tips on how to socialise a feral or stray kitty too - you might find that useful, I know I did.
