Hi,

I'm pretty new to posting to the site, but I've enjoyed looking at all your pictures so much, I thought I'd post some of my own.

This is Itchy this morning:

Scratchy:

Our new addition, Rowdy:

And our feral kitty, Maggie, who has made so much progress in the two weeks we have had her:

Silly question, but would you consider Maggie a tortie, calico, or tortico since she has some white on her coat?

They are so cute! I was always told that white on an orange and black meant calico. What beautiful little furbabies!!

i would call her a calico, because of the white. she's beautiful - all of your furbabies are lovely!

my cat books say that the UK calls that coloration 'tortoiseshell and white', while the USA tends to call it calico. so i guess it depends on where you live!

Probably from "The Simpsons", right? That's what I assumed!

Yes, that's right! "The Simpson's" is my husband's favorite show. We stuck with the TV theme in naming our other two. "Rowdy" is from one of my favorite shows, "Scrubs." We had a hard time coming up with a name for Maggie, so we returned to the Simpson's for inspiration

Yes, he sure looks so innocent when asleep!
That's about the only time we can get a picture b/c he is constantly on the move. He loves to use our legs as climbing trees. LOL. He definitely fits his name. Here's a few action shots:
