So I know most cats are lactose intolerant which is why we don't feed them regular milk. I assume the commercially available KMR is lactose free. But the recipe for kitten glop (the one that is stuck to the top of the page) has evaporated milk in it. Does that not cause any problems with the intolerance ?

Hope not ! Because alllll my cats (my own two and both the fostor mom-to-be and the foster nursing mom with her 3 kittens) adore the stuff ! (expecially Kiera the mom-to-be). I've not notice any problems yet but they don't get much at a time.

Thanks for your replies !
Julie

All my bottle babies thrive on it- I suspect because of all the added ingredients in it help balance out the evaporated milk
