Well...it was an overall great day at the spay/neuter clinic. We only had 53 cats..but with the rain yesterday..it was good to get that many. There were several kittens that couldn't have been more than 2 months of age and at the end of the clinic, one girl offered to foster one of the kittens which was young enough to be tamed. The unfortunate thing is that her combo test revealed she was FELV positive...so a decision was made to put her to sleep.
But at least she had been loved....and was held the entire time.

Good for you!! 53 is a fantastic number!! A prayer goes to the little one with FELV but a big congratulations for your efforts in a successful TNR.

I couldn't even trap one of my friendly females of a colony last week. They totally outwitted me
Trying again this week.

53 lives changed for the better! Yay! Celebrating!

Sorry about the precious FELV positive little girl. Each life lost is so sad!

But 53 lives changed! Wonderful!
