My cat has a abscess

I saw all this orange stuff come out of his head,it was so scary the vet said what it was over the phone and told me he would be ok at home,an hour later his eye closed up and he had trouble breathing so I rushed him up there

They had to cut it open and give him some antibiotics but the poor thing is got discharge everywhere,really heavy to,the vet said this will last for 24-48 hours but the poor kitty is in a lot of discomfort

Poor baby! You did the right thing in rushing him to the vet.

Thanks,ive never seen so much discharge before,I cant believe she wanted me to keep him at home,just as well as he has had to go on antibiotics

I hope they kick in quickly,ive never seen him so miserable

Now that they have debreeded it and put him on meds, he will feel better soon. He is just feeling punky from the infection inside
