Hi guys! I brought my laptop with us and wasn't sure if it would work but low and behold, it does. Ocean City is so beautiful! I'm sitting here right now watching the waves crashing into the surf. A group of dolphins just swam up the coast. So graceful........Pelicans are flying over the ocean looking for their breakfast.......wish I could download pics here for ya, but that will have to wait tillw e get home. TTP are missed terribly. I will call and check on them tonight. THey knew something was up when we left. I swear they looked sad. We dropped little baby Bailey off to my brother and sister in law on the way here, and I called about him this morning and he is getting along famously. He's already taken over their house, (they have no pets) and has stolen their hearts.
Still has his cold but is getting better.
Jerry is snoozing out on the balcony but I'm about to go wake him up and head on down to the beach. LOOK OUT OCEAN CITY, here we come!

Yes E, I remember our conversation.........I envy you getting to stomp around here as a child. It's very nice. Today is/was a beautiful day. Just came in from the ocean. Hubby in the shower and I'm getting ready to dry my hair to go out.
This morning we made breakfast here, ate out on the balcony and watched the ocean, got dressed, headed down to the boardwalk where we walked our fat little legs off! LOL Stopped at a seaside bar for a strawberry daquari. Headed home, got in our cossies, went down to the ocean and now are back here. Sun is beatiful but hot.

As for land being left out here, I can't imagine where if your talking about ocean front. LOL

I was. When I was a kid there were miles and miles of grassy dunes to the north and south of the Boardwalk. There were 3 major hotels but outside of 8 blocks, there was nothing, just rural oceanfront areas with little cafes. Perfect. That's how I remember it.......

Amie, that is something I have thought about and thought about......I really don't know what I would say if/until it happens. I mean, TTP, NO WAY. Bailey, who've I've had for less than a week, I still say no way, but I don't know. I just love that little guy so much already......

I've always loved Ocean City (the OC of the east coast). Do you guys have plans to eat at Phillips? You at least have to try steamed crabs somewhere, with lots of beer.

Where IS Ocean City? What state? I know of the Boardwalk in Santa Cruze and the torn down one that used to be in SF
