New Siamese biting older cat on the back of neck

We just adopted a 1.5 yr old siamese and just recently while resting on the couch with her and my older cat, she leaned over and put her mouth on the back of the older cats neck. It didn't appear as though she bit down hard, but we don't understand why she does this.

I moved this to the behavior forum where it will get seen by more people.
It sounds like what you are describing, is a motherly or dominant behavior. It is how a mom would scruff her kittens to move them or let them know she means buisness. I would only start to worry if the older cat gets aggressive or the new one does.
