allergy season!

I get it twice a year and right now I am getting uncomfortable. Where did I leave my Allegra last???? I wish they would just go away!

Has anyone else started with thier fall allergies or is it just in my area? They say the air here is not good for allergies and asthma. Apparently people who move here and don't have allergies tend to leave with them. At least I came with mine.

I don't really suffer, but it must be hard for those of you who do... take care and take the right meds and stuff to relieve symptoms

Oh but, if I buy a new deodorant, I always have sneezing fits for about the first two hours of wearing it.... !
Freaky!

I'm just getting over the Spring allergies and now it's time for the Fall! They say that about my area in NC as well, infamous for seasonal allergies! They're not as severe here at the beach, though, as where I used to live. Achooo!

Here in the Ohio Valley, everyone is suffering from snotty noses, sore throats (ugh) and sticky eyeballs.

Yeah it's that time of year... I am waiting patiently on the first sign of Autumn... the most wonderful time of the year!

I just finally got over that cold/flu thing I brought back from our trip. Now it's just dealing with the allergies. When they start to harvest the corn/beans, I could scratch my eyes out of my head, they itch so badly! Still, autumn is my favorite time of year.....go figure!

Uh! And Claratin doesn't even work for me or my husband! You poor thing! I'm PRAYING when we change to the insurance from my company this winter I'll be able to stay on something good! It's a must with Nathan's allergies (to the cats!!!).

Oh yeah allergies YAH!!!!!!!!!
Actually I bought the Walgreen's version of Claritin on sale in July (3 boxes 9.99) so I should have enough until the KILLING FROST!!! (28 degrees) The reason allergies can be acting up during harvest time is the weeds between the crops get chewed up and the pollen drifts (I have a corn field across the road) I went from my cold to allergies.
I take much Sudafed (generic) too... When I get up in the morning its the worse!!

Yep...my allergies have been acting up big time for the last couple weeks. I especially love the sinus headaches and itchy eyes. My doc has me on Singulair, which helps, but it's not strong enough to totally get rid of the fall allergy symptoms.

Just wondering how everyone's allergies are??? It was real windy here yesterday and my sinuses are really stuffed up today.

As others can attest its something you just have to put up with-one doesn't really want to over medicate themselves so I for instance take just the bare minimum of drugs!!!

I'm so lucky in the fact I don't suffer from allergies. Just as well because there is pollen everywhere here in Porirua at the moment.

O-H-I-O!
I actually grew out of asthma when I was like 7. Now it's back and with a vengence. Last night, I almost had to go to the emergency room. I told Trav we either had to go to mom and dad's and get my inhaler or go to the ER. We ended up getting my inhaler. Not working too well now so I have a DR's appointment on Tuesday to see if it is my asthma or it's upper respiratory. I think it's strange that my asthma would come back this bad after 13 years! Anyone know much about it? Mom and sister both have serious cases of it but have had it bad their whole lives.

I'm stuffy but I think it's just because really really cold air in the apartment helps me breathe better!

But anyways, I know how bad your feeling!
