In the space of 30 mins since I have been home, it has gone from lovely and sunny to this:

From the front of the flat:

From the bedroom window:

Guin is somewhere out in that! And it's just started to thunder!

At the kitty's beck and call
Sorry Gilly I think we gave that to you. A little earlier we had the most incredible hailstorm with a strong, but brief thunderstorm to boot. It threw it down then passed over quite quickly (going your way).

It's now bright but cool.

It's now pooring down even more... and Guinness is on the shed next door not batting an eyelid to the fact that he is getting soaking wet AND that he is at high risk of getting struck by lightening!

Did you see this one from the other week? It was chucking it down and he was just sitting there sniffing the slugs and snails!

Quite sunny down here at the moment too, a few clouds but no rain. Looks like it's all centered on London Gilly!

I love skies that look like that. I LOVE storms with lightning, thunder, heavy winds, and pouring down rain.

I am actually in East London - Walthamstow - near Chingford / Epping etc. Do you know it? I know Putney
You are very lucky to have a flat there as I know the property is very expensive and a popular area!

Nah! Thats about 45 min's away... I am on the outskirts of London. But, next week when I am going into the City I can get you pics of Canary Wharf in Docklands and some of the towers in the City? There's also the Gherkin shaped building!
