I got this info from Tejas website (bengal breeder). They claim that using these herbs as described has eliminated reproductive problems in thier queens. They say several queens also that only had one inthier litters now have 4 and they others who normally have 4 are now having 7. Just thought i'd post it and see what you all think.

Pau D'arco -- 1/2 capsule once a day for 2 weeks. You may start this on a queen 1 week after she delivers a litter. It is not detrimental to the kittens.

1. Dong Quai with F/C -- 1/2 capsule once a day until a week before breeding.

Damiana -- 1/2 capsule per day for 2 weeks before breeding. This will help to bring the Queen into heat.

Red Raspberry -- 1/3 capsule daily during gestation.

Marshmallow -- 1/2 capsule daily starting 1 week before litter is due and continuing while the Queen is nursing

*Disclaimer: Please do not take any advice on these forums about homemade, homeopathic, holistic or any other sort of remedy offered without first checking with your vet. Doing so may harm your cat, because no one has hands on with your cat, but your vet. If your one vet is not giving you satisfaction, seek a second vet opinion. *

I understand this but im pretty much asking if anyone has tried something similair to this and what the effects have been. No vet is going to tell somone to use herbs, they always give drugs so im trying to see if anyone knows from experiance about these herbs with cats.

I wonder if you have a Holistic Vet in your area? This would be someone who is an expert in this field and could offer you feedback regardning these herbs as well as other suggestions for your kitty!

I don't know-i've never seen any but it is sacramento so there might be one. Im not sure that I would like a holistic vet or not I don't really care for traditional vets either. I think they both think too much in one direction.
