My kittens are 15 weeks old and along with Missy their momma got spayed/neutered last week.

Yesterday Baker was nursing, I checked and Missy has no milk. I guess it's just a comfort thing?
She only let one at a time nurse, anyone else got kicked away. Should I just let Missy control it? she walks away when she's had enough or too many kittens try to nurse. And is this normal kitty behaviour?

Thanks

Once she is healed from the spay, it shouldn't be a problem, I don't think. Just make sure she has a place where she is able to get away from the kittens when she wants to. How nice that everyone is spayed/neutered! Are you keeping them all?

I had 5 rescued babies that were nursing when I got them , and I took mommy away from them when I had her spayed, after a week they never even meowed at her and she didn't bother looking upstairs for them, so all was fine

But isn't it "VERY" important that mama stays with the babies till they are 12 weeks old to teach them stuff.

Well mine are pretty smart, good babies that are a little more then 5 mos now, I would say they were about 9 or 10 weeks when I rescued them, 2 have been gone to other homes for almost a month now.

Yes we are keeping them all

She has lots of places to get away to, and does when she needs to.
