Would depend, some days, no, I'd just pick it up, days when I'm in a bratty mood, I'd say something.....
I would pick it up and if she turns around... Just glare at her.

I say stuff all the time and one day, someone will prolly kick my butt over it, but I don't care!!!
I'd say, "what, do ya think the Earth is your own personal garbage can?"
(I said this to a gal recently who threw her LARGE pop from McDonald's out into the street from her car... I was walkin along & she just dumped it and I said that to her...)

I would just pick it up! Probably mumble something under my breath about litter bugs.

You don't know how racist the area I live in is. I'd probably get threatened or something if I tried saying that to someone of a different race.

I would say definately say something - but would be diplomatic about it. "Excuse me, I think you dropped something" might work.
Me too only I would mumble it loud enough for her to hear. Man that sounds so passive aggressive doesn' it?
Apparently I missed this question last week. I wouldn't say anything, but I would think a nasty thought.
