i have some kittens i adopted and they seem to have taken a liking toward a corner of my living room. so far the only solution that works is putting another litter box in that spot. problem is, it's the middle of the living room
. any suggestions of products that have a smell to drive them away or something??

There is a product called Natures Miricale, and let me tell you it is just that!!! It will clean any stain, and get rid of the smells too!! You can get it from your vet or pet store!!

My Kitten Just Started Doing This, Three Bottles Later This Week Is So Far So Good, Basically You Have To Get To The Foam Under The Carpet Soak That And The Carpet To Rid The Smell And It Will Take Two Weeks To Dry And Keep Them From The Area Bc They Need To Forget About It Since The Smell Apparently Brings Them Back...its Been Driving Me Nuts...i Say Two Bottles Would Be Good...now Pixie Got Hold Of My Wedding Band Yesterday And Hope I Can Find It And She Didn't Eat It...its Like Having A Baby!

One of my cats, she's older (12) started pooing in my bathroom, on the area rug. No big deal, I just clean it up then wash the rug. Anyway she was sick recently and went in certain spots in my bedroom on the carpet!

Sometimes if they dribble in certain areas OTHER THAN the litter box, it may be a sign of illness. I took KC to the doctor but she's okay... just getting older I think.

Natures Miracle is what I use, too. If you clean up the poo, scrub the area and then pour down the Natures Miracle, it does help to break down the enzymes & get rid of the smell. Also something I found that works with KC is after I put down the NM, I lay a washcloth down on top of that area. She won't go in that spot again!

i dont think theyre sick, since theyre young and we just moved to the apartment with them... i'll try this natures miracle stuff when i get paid.... maybe the people who lived here before had a dog or cat that left their scent on the rug.....
