I'm so glad everyone is coming to keep me company. I have asked my Mom to get me more treats. She is wondering why I need so many. We have catnip growing int eh backyard, but I am not allowed out there by myself. Maybe someone can help me get it.
Abbey, this is Bailey. I just came to live with my meomy and poppa, and they are leaving me already. My moewmy has tried to explain that she can't get back her deposit (whatever that is) on their condo in Ocean City, and that they don't allow furbabies, so I have to go stay with my Uncle Tom and Auntie Jill while they are gone next week. I wish I could come stay with you. At least I'd have a kitty with me. My brother Tiggy and sisters Petals and Trixie I haven't been allowed to meet yet because I was told I have a cold, so that will have to wait till Mom and Poopa come home. I just want some feline companionship...........

It's OK Bailey. I was real sick when my Mom and Dad adopted me too. Mom gave me real yucky medicine that she said was to make me feel better. I wish I had some brothers and sisters. We can't because Mom has something called allergies. I'm glad you have an aunt and Uncle that will take good care of you while your Meomy and Poppa are gone. It will be so much better for you to be in the nice house being loved instead of out on the street. It won't be as scary. They can come, but I'm just a little girl. It might be a good idea to have a chaperone.
I know what you mean about being alone and scared as I get that way when my folks go away on a trip too. I always lock the doors and windows and I have my Taffy to keep me company. I watch tv and rent lots of movies. Look at me 42 years old and still afraid. hehehe. Sounds silly doesn't it but I'm a very shy person and not much of a socializer.

Don't be scared, Abby. Your Mom & Dad wouldn't leave you if you were not going to be well looked after while they're gone. I'm sure they'd take you with them but know that you'd probably hate that even more than having the house to yourself. I always miss my humans when they go away and I am very scared of the person who comes and checks on me and my room-mates, even though Mac and Grace like him very much and say he's a great guy. I always hide. But I'd much rather be under the bed in my own house than under the bed in some strange room. Wouldn't you?
I'm packing my bags today, too! I've got fuzzy pink slippers, pink nail polish, pink ribbons for our hair and a big box of candy creams. Get your pillows fluffed and we'll have a great slumber party. Be thinking of any games you'd like to play, okay?

Mom said they don't allow cats where they are going. What kind of place is that?
I hope the man coming to feed me doesn't bring his little boy. He scares me! I always have to hide! My Mom said that her niece is going to be coming to play with me a few times.
