My Mom said she was very proud of me because I would come out and say "Hi" to the man who came in to feed me every day. She was surprised that I even rubbed up against his legs.

I'm really not that brave. When I first came here, I would have NEVER done that. I'm still a scared little girl a lot of the time, but not as bad as I used to be.
