photobucket im getting mad!

ok im using my last source cause i know someone here might help me ok here i go cause im about to pull my hair out i have a new computer and i went to photobucket and downloaded the the photobucket loader for windows xphttp://photobucket.com/tutorials/uploader_install/uploader_install.html

ok maybe im missing something or i forgot something but when im uploading my pictures there not resizing for some reason what am i doing wrong? maybe i should of down loading something else too
now ive been using this photobucket for about a year now and this didnt happen before so maybe its me can someone help me please
