Too bad they don't have pics of them on there to further humiliate them.

Fantastic idea! too bad they don't have to register like they do when they commit sex offender crimes...I think it'd be nice to see all their nanems on a sheet like the sex offenders have. and when one moves into your area, then they send out the fliers so you'll know who is out there close by and willing to harm your animals...

This is a great idea. I don't understand why they are prohibited from owning any animals for one to three years. If I were the judge, I'd prohibit the animal abuser from ever owning any animal again. Stiffer jail time too!!!
