My husband and I (not to mention the kids) have made a decision to keep one of the babies. We decided to keep Z. The little black and white one. He reminds us alot of our recently lost boy Booker. He is so sweet. He will crawl up in your hand and lick you, then fall asleep.
The other 5 babies are going to have to be adopted out. I have homes for 2 of them but Im not sure about the other 3. I would like to adopt them out to someone with a good home because the only shelter we have around here is the SPCA and they don't guarantee that they wont be put down or be adopted out. I would hate for one of them to not make it.
I called the humane society but they have a 6 month waiting list and with us wanting to move soon, that won't be soon enough.
If anyone knows of any no-kill shelters in florida, please let me know?
I wish I could keep all of them but 10 cats is a wee too many, plus, I don't think my vacuum can hold up to all that hair!

Most no kill shelters rescue cats/kittens that are euthanization lists at kill shelters...you may want to try to place these kittens yourself. My suggestion is to talk to local vet offices and ask if you can show them at the vet office. Make sure that you charge a small adoption fee and follow up to ensure the kittens are spayed/neutered.
