We have a newborn, actually 3. Two have their Canines in but the other seems to be a bit slower and doesnâ€[emoji]8482[/emoji]t. He seems to be more very uncomfortable with this. Crying a lot. He will stop crying we he is able to 'gum' our fingers but I know that its not the best idea to allow them to "bite" fingers. Plus I cant hold him all the time.

So any suggestions? All of the suggestions ive seen mostly refers to older cats (ie. knot in a towel, chew toys) most are just to big.

I don't know if the experts will agree but we gave Bijou and Mika large plastic straws to chew on. They loved them and we had chewed up straws all over the house for awhile.

Your good ole' .99 straw at any supermarket will do.

I use straws for all my foster babies and have used straws for my own furry babies when they were teething. Even my adults love the try & pick-up those silly straws and bite away. They are great...cheap, no-mess, no danger and the babies love them.
